LOCATION
1/2 mile north of Grand Parkway on the west side of Gosling Rd address 23931 just before Willowcreek. The completion of Grand Parkway in May of 2015 allowed for Gosling to be the center of the "Woodlands" & considered the first egress coming from Exxon. Coming from the west side of Houston / FM 529 / Tomball, Gosling would be considered the last exit before the congestion of I-45.
OUR DEVELOPMENT

We are currently in the process of securing the financing to start the development while waiting on civil site permits.

Pre-selling of land has already begun and are in the process of developing for business sets to move in Spring 2017.
